Alien Ecosystem
Objective:
- Open and close the menu by clicking the "toggle genetics menu".
- You earn "evolution points" each time your cells split
- Increase or decease your cells stats to try and beat the wildly mutating alien cells
- You can reset the game at anytime - in case something really bugs out
Alien Ecosystem simulates evolution by natural selection in a simple system, cells in a primordial alien soup. Cells use energy to survive and must compete for limited resources. There are two species, the player (circles), and the wild alien cells (squares).
Cells will be colored based on their attributes
- Red = Speed
- Blue = Memory Length
- Green = Sensory Range
The player can choose which traits modify to improve their cells’ survival chance. The alien cells on the other hand, will mutate and evolve on their own, reacting to what your cells do.
